Want to workout on Saturdays, but don't want to leave your family behind? Bring the family to Saturday Strides! This class is open to husbands, friends, boyfriends, sisters - anyone over 18 can exercise with us while the littles stay entertained in the stroller.
Saturday Strides classes are meant to challenge you; we've increased the level of intensity to start your weekend off feeling energized and accomplished! You can expect a full body workout, including cardio, strength, and core exercises. These classes are FUN, ENERGIZING, and CHALLENGING!
Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family.
